Chef Eli Collins is the Executive Chef of a.kitchen+bar at Hotel AKA in Washington, D.C.- the newest location of the acclaimed Philadelphia restaurant), where his seasonal, French-inspired cuisine has earned him accolades such as Philadelphia Magazine's Best Chef of 2022 and a "Three Bells" review from The Philadelphia Inquirer. A Scranton native, Collins honed his craft under Chef Daniel Boulud in New York before returning to Philadelphia to lead some of the city's most acclaimed kitchens.
